These terms and conditions are a(n) English translation of the Dutch version of the Terms and
Conditions of the Metaalunie. This translation only serves to increase readability for you. However,
the language in which the agreement with you is concluded is English.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In all cases in which we act as offeror or contractor, our offers, assignments given to us and
agreements concluded with us are subject to the METAALUNIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These
terms and conditions have been filed at the Registry of the Rotterdam District Court.
Metaalunie conditions 2025 – English
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THERMOBILE INDUSTRIES B.V.
(These terms apply in addition to and as a deviation from the Metaalunie conditions)
- Payment and Credit Insurance
Thermobile works with Coface credit insurance. Only if credit is approved, a payment
term of 30 days from invoice date applies. In all other cases, prepayment is required. - Warranty
(Only) as a deviation from the term mentioned in article 13.1 of the Metaalunie
conditions, you will receive a 1-year warranty on design, material, and manufacturing
defects. - Delivery
Delivery takes place according to FCA Incoterms 2020 Breda, except for deliveries
in the Netherlands or Belgium of main products as listed on pages 2 to 5 of the price
list. In that case, we apply DAP Incoterms 2020 to the agreed address. - Administration Fee for Small Orders
For orders with a value of less than € 100, an administration fee of € 15 will be
charged, in addition to the shipping costs.
